The teambuilding is always tailor-made to suit the wishes and needs of our clients. Normally, it consists of the following elements:

• Gaining insight into team roles, based on the theory of Belbin
• Interpersonal communication and non verbal communication
• The value of giving and receiving feedback
• Fun elements, such as Quest Amsterdam (a short tour through Amsterdam where problems have to be solved) and/or Special Cooking (the team prepares a delicious meal under the supervision of an experienced cook)
