Q4Q developed a special application for online training. This application has the following features:

• A user friendly and flexible training, consisting of information blocks and multiple choice questions.
• A content controlled by our client
• Guaranteed privacy by using dedicated websites which are only accessible for our clients (username and pass word required)
• Automated emails to trainees who successfully complete the training
• Possibility for management to be informed when trainees successfully complete a training
• Possibility to later adjust the content if needed

Procedure
Based on specific wishes of the client, Q4Q presents a concrete proposal and financial quotation. Once the client and Q4Q have reached an agreement, the client provides Q4Q with material to produce a tailor-made training. It concerns:

• Material for the information blocks, such as mission statement, information about corporate responsibility, company film, yearly report, video message CEO, element from PowerPoint presentations, text for voice-over, briefing HR department etc.
• Multiple choice questions
• Logo

Next, Q4Q develops a draft training, which is discussed with the client. If necessary, adjustments are made. Subsequently, the training is posted on an allocated website. Q4Q signs a document to guarantee client’s  privacy . The client bares responsibility for copyrights of pictures and video footage.

Miscellaneous
Costs will depend on the amount of work needed to edit the material for the information blocks. In general, one could say that the better our clients prepare the material, the lower our production costs.
In most cases, the online training is functioning within four weeks after we receive the materials from our client.
