Q4Q offers a range of training regarding drug issues. We build on 30 years of experience in the drugfield, with special attention to substitution treatment, outreach services and needle exchange.
Our trainer, Ernst Buning, played a significant role in developing the Amsterdam drug policy, founded Euro-Methwork (an European network on substitution treament) and co--founded the International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA).
