Quest for Quality BV (Q4Q)  is specialised in training and consultancy. We originated from the Amsterdam Municipal Health Service and are independent since 2000.

Our philosophy is based on the principle that persons and organisations should be supported in their quest for better quality. We build further on already existing qualities and respect individual choices.

When accepting new business, we look at three questions:

• Is it relevant for our mission?
• Would we enjoy doing it?
• Is it financially sound?

The training is done by our own team or an experienced trainer from our extensive network.
Our trainers are specialised in methods from the adult education field. Information transfer is done in a multimedia manner and gives special consideration to the attention span. The information digest is always interactive. First and foremost, our trainers make sure that the training is not only interesting, but also fun for the participants!

The online training is developed by our IT specialist. When building websites and online training modules, he is making sure that it is not only user-friendly, but also visually attractive.
